IMMOCONSULT provides advisory services to prospective investors who wish to acquire commercial properties, offices, or retail stores for investment purposes (Acquisition), as well as to owners of such properties who wish to sell (Disposal).

Acquisition

Acquisition services include researching suitable properties that meet the investor’s requirements, negotiating with the property owner, structuring the deal including the financing plan, conducting legal due diligence on the specific property, and overseeing the purchase or sale agreement.

Disposal

Disposal services include preparing an information memorandum for the property to be sold, conducting due diligence, identifying potential investor-buyers in Greece or abroad, and supervising and coordinating all actions required to close the transaction.

Investment

These services are also addressed to those who wish to invest in residential properties (for long-term or short-term leases).
