There are beaches just before and right after of this land (including Hotel, Bungalows and Taverns). The land is just 14 klm away from the city (harbor) of Mytilene (18 minute drive). It is also close (5.75 klm) from St. Rafael’s Monastery, which is attracting thousands of religion tourists every year and 22 klm away from “Taxiarxes” monastery (at Mantamados), which is another significant pole of attraction for religious tourism.
Title of ownership is crystal clear, as regarding the 223.000sqm land, it was irrevocably judged by Hellenic Supreme Court Decision no 746/2013. No forest legislation restrictions apply as was irrevocably judged by decisions no 155, 156, 158, 159/3 May 2022 of the competent Forest Dispute Resolution Committee contained in it’s Minutes no 6 of 15 Oct 2024, so there will be no obstacles in developing a touristic site from this point of view.
